Exchange and Refund

At Someone Store, your satisfaction matters to us. Our return & exchange policy is as follows:

1. Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date

2. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition with tags and packaging.
3. Used or washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. The customer bears the shipping fees unless the issue is due to a mistake from our side.
5. In case of receiving a wrong or defective product, the store will cover all return and shipping costs.
